How long is a Membership good for?
One Year. Once you create a membership you will have complete access to create as many resumes as you like for one whole year. After that, you will be required to renew your membership to access your saved information and resumes. BACK TO TOP
Nothing happens when I try to view a PDF, what's going on?
Most likely you need to adjust your Pop-Up Blocker settings. Several features of the site require using Pop-Up windows. For full functionality, either disable your Pop-Up Blocker while using the site, or set it to allow pop-ups from our site. BACK TO TOP

How many resumes can I make?
As many as you want! Although you are only able to save 5 unique designs at a time, it's quick and easy to either edit an existing style or delete it altogether to make room for a new one. Do I have to renew my Membership every year?

I am going to be emailing my Resume, what are the PDF file sizes like?
Our Premium Resumes are generally between 600KB - 700KB, and the Basic Resumes are even less. These low file sizes won't bog down email servers. All the beauty without the baggage. BACK TO TOP
Can I just buy one resume?
A membership allows you to create as many resumes as you'd like. If you only need one, just make one. Experts recommend creating a customized Resume and Cover Letter for each job you apply for. BACK TO TOP
I'm not very good with computers, can you make a resume for me?
We don't create custom resumes... but our site does! You won't believe how fast and easy it is to create an awesome resume with our simple application. I generated a PDF of a resume I saved. Now what?
While the PDF is open in your browser, simply click the "Save a Copy" button to save the file to your hard drive for printing or emailing. You can also print your resume directly from the browser without saving. BACK TO TOP
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Visit the Forgot Password page. You will be asked to verify your identity for security purposes. Once completed, your password will be emailed to the email address saved in your account profile. BACK TO TOP
My resume doesn't fit on one page. What can I do?
Try adjusting the font sizes or choosing a 2-column layout instead of 1-column. Our site also allows you to customize the information contained on each resume you create, try removing items of lesser importance. Play around to find the right combination to fit your information. BACK TO TOP
I don't have a lot of information to put on a resume, will it still look good?
Yes. We've incorporated options for just such an occasion. For those that may be just entering the work force and have little or no Employment History, try using a 1-column resume with larger font sizes. It should be relatively easy to fill out a page. BACK TO TOP
Does your site have any System Requirements?
Yes. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player to use the site. These are both free, and download links can be found throughout the site. Also, it is recommended to have your screen resolution set to 800 x 600 or better for the site to look best. Our site has been tested on today's most common browsers and should function correctly with all of them- however, it is recommended to download the latest version of your browser for the best site experience and functionality. I got married, how do I change my Last Name in my account?
Simply use our contact form to send a Name Change Request. Write a quick message explaining why you need your name changed. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. In some situations, verification may be necessary. BACK TO TOP |
